Non-Circumvention

All sessions must be scheduled through the gradbees platform. It is a breach of the terms of service for students or mentors to suggest making or receiving payment outside of the gradbees platform for services rendered and connections established via the gradbees platform.

Fees for Mentors

The amount due and payable to a mentor is established at the outset of our partnership and before a mentor is listed on our website. These fees will be displayed on the website in INR (Indian National Rupee).

Eighty percent (80%) of the session fee collected from the student is directly remitted to the international students serving as mentors using our payment gateway, supporting their academic journey. The remaining twenty percent (20%) is retained by the platform to cover operational costs, ensuring we can maintain and improve our services, as well as onboard additional students to provide guidance.

Should there be any changes to our fees or payment methods, we will provide written notification prior to implementing any modifications.

Fees for Mentees

You agree to pay the fees associated with your booked sessions.

Upon booking a session, payment will be processed by us or through our authorized third-party payment processor, such as 'PhonePe,' using UPI, debit card, credit card, or other applicable methods. To facilitate your payment, you will be required to provide billing information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and credit card details (if paying by credit card). We ensure that payments processed by third parties are handled through secure methods. Please note that if a third-party processor is used, their terms and conditions and privacy policy will apply to your transaction. Only a 2% service charge is typically deducted. We advise reviewing the third-party terms and conditions and privacy policy before using their services. Additionally, you should verify if your credit card provider imposes any fees related to these services. We disclaim liability for any fees or charges imposed by your credit card provider.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information, including your full name, email address, phone number, credit card number (if using a credit card for payment), and expiration date, to facilitate transaction processing and necessary communication.

By booking a session, you authorize us to charge your credit card (if applicable) for the fees associated with your chosen mentor as listed on our website.

If you do not attend a paid session and the mentor was present, this session will count as completed. As the mentor plans their time for these sessions prior. Cancellations/Rescheduling before 6 hours of the session start time are also considered. Under this condition, the session won't be counted as completed. This unattended session (by the student) would be conducted and adjusted by us with the mentor, in the upcoming time plan. The fees for this would not be included, or re-charged, if the reason is valid and stated 6 hours prior to the commencement of the session. Rather, the session's time would be adjusted.
