We are committed to providing a valuable and satisfactory experience for all our students. If you are not satisfied with your mentoring session, we offer a 100% refund within 7 days post-session. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for our chargeable services.
Note: Every mentor on gradbees comes from reputable universities and holds prestigious degrees. They are well along their career paths and offer mentorship to give back to the community, not for financial gain. Rest assured, you won't face any money-related issues. This will undoubtedly be one of the most valuable investments you make in your education.

Definitions
Refund: The process of gradbees returning payments received from students for services.
Refund Eligibility
Unsatisfactory Service: If the mentoring session did not meet your expectations—whether it was not delivered, the content was irrelevant, or the mentor was unable to provide answers to any of your questions—you are eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues: If technical issues on our platform prevented the session from occurring or caused significant disruptions, you can request a refund.
Duplicate Payment: In cases where a payment was mistakenly made more than once.
Additional Terms
Third-Party Services: At gradbees, we do not partner with or endorse third-party services or any services recommended by mentors. Students must independently adhere to the refund policies of these entities.
Exclusions from Fees: gradbees does not charge any external fees other than session fees. There are no application fees or additional charges.
Refund Process
Submit a Refund Request: Contact our support team within 7 days post-session by visiting the Contact Us page and selecting "Request a Refund".
Provide Details: Include your Order ID, Transaction ID (shared with you via email), and the reason for your refund request. Submit the request.
Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional information if needed. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2-5 working days.
