This platform was created to address the challenges many students encounter when searching for the right program, field, university, or country for their studies abroad. While numerous resources and consultants offer advice, these options are often outdated or biased due to affiliations with large institutions.
gradbees connects students directly with current students and industry professionals who have firsthand experience, offering unbiased guidance to help them make informed decisions about their future.
We prioritize transparency and simplicity. Our current model enables aspiring students to connect with you on a pay-as-you-go basis, with each session priced at ₹2000 + GST. There are no additional packages or hidden fees for them.
To be fully transparent with you, 80% of the session fee goes directly to you, incentivizing your efforts, while the remaining 20% supports the platform's operational costs. Which help us to maintain and enhance our services while onboarding more international students like yourself.
Aspiring students often have questions about career prospects, industry exposure, university culture, student life, academics, and more at their target universities. You are expected to provide insights and guidance based on your own experiences at your university.
You are not expected to:
- Conduct a detailed profile evaluation
- Review or edit their SOP or application documents
- Offer mock interviews or interview preparation
While these tasks are not expected of you, if students request support in these areas and you choose to assist, we fully support your decision and appreciate your willingness.
A paid session is limited to 60 minutes. While we follow time limits strictly, but we're flexible if you're willing to extend the session to provide more assistance to the student. Additionally, you're free to offer extra sessions at no cost if you choose to do so.
We have a wallet system in place where the payment for each successful session is credited to your wallet. You can choose to cash out your wallet balance at any time. We will process and transfer your payment within 2-3 working days.
We do not share your personal information beyond what you choose to share on our website. To protect your privacy, please avoid sharing your personal contact details.

- No hefty packages: Our pricing is straightforward and transparent — no expensive bundles.

- No application assistance: Students are encouraged to craft their own applications independently.
