Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be classified as overseas students for tuition fee purposes.
- Applicants must have been accepted for full-time admission to one of the following eligible postgraduate taught Master's programs within the School of Engineering for the 2025-2026 academic year:
- MSc Advanced Chemical Engineering
- MSc Advanced Power Engineering (scholarships will be awarded to successful candidates for the first year of study only)
- MSc Digital Design and Manufacture
- MSc Electronics
- MSc Electrical Power Engineering
- MSc Fire Engineering Science
- MSc Signal Processing and Communications
- MSc Sustainable Energy Systems
- Eligible Fields: Engineering disciplines related to the eligible Master's programs listed above.
Application Process
- First, apply and secure admission to the MSc programme.
- Then, submit a separate scholarship application via the University of Edinburgh’s online portal: https://www.myed.ed.ac.uk
- Documents Required:
- Scholarship application form
- Academic transcripts
- Personal statement outlining academic goals, reasons for applying, and financial need
- Admission offer confirmation
