Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be nationals of and ordinarily resident in one of the following ASEAN countries:
- Brunei Darussalam
- Cambodia
- Indonesia
- Laos
- Malaysia
- Myanmar (Burma)
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Applicants must be applying to the part-time MSt in International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford.
Application Process
- Submit an application for the MSt in International Human Rights Law by the specified deadline.
- All eligible applicants will be considered for the scholarship; no separate application is required.
- Documents Required:
- Completed application form for the MSt in International Human Rights Law.
- Academic transcripts.
- Personal statement.
- Reference letters.
- Any additional documents as specified by the Faculty of Law
Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- Full coverage of course fees.
- A study support grant to contribute towards travel expenses to Oxford and other related costs.

- Awards are made for the full duration of the fee liability for the MSt in International Human Rights Law program.
