Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate majors in specified life science fields at UCLA.
- Educational Qualifications:
- High school cumulative GPA of 3.8 or above.
- Completion of at least four years of math and three years of science in high school.
- Maintained GPA of 3.0 or above in science and math courses at UCLA is strongly preferred.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong interest in sciences with aspirations to obtain a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D.
- Students from historically underrepresented groups in STEM are especially encouraged to apply.

- Access the UCLA Prospective Student Scholarship Application portal and sign in or create an account.
- Fill out the general scholarship application, which will automatically consider you for multiple scholarships, including the Life Science Scholars program.
- Ensure all required information and documents are submitted before the deadline.

- Additional documents may be required as specified in the application portal.
Scholarship Benefits
