Eligibility Criteria

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is not required.
  • TOEFL scores required for non-native English speakers.
  • Strong academic record; students must maintain satisfactory academic progress, including enrolling in 8-10 units each quarter, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and completing required milestones timely.​

  • Submit all required documents, including transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, and resume/CV.
