Eligibility Criteria
- PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is not required.
- TOEFL scores required for non-native English speakers.
- Strong academic record; students must maintain satisfactory academic progress, including enrolling in 8-10 units each quarter, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and completing required milestones timely.
