Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be admitted to a graduate program at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health.​
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.​
  • The program is full-time; part-time enrollment is not permitted.​

Application Process

  • Online Application: Submit the UC Berkeley Graduate Division application, selecting the desired Public Health graduate program.​
  •  $135 for U.S. applicants; $155 for international applicants. Fee waivers may be available for eligible applicants.​
     
  • Supporting Documents:
    • Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
    • Three letters of recommendation.
    • Statement of Purpose and Personal History Statement.
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume.
    • GRE scores (if required by the specific program).
    • TOEFL or IELTS scores for international applicants.​

Scholarship Benefits
