Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of Philadelphia or its contiguous counties (Bucks, Delaware, or Montgomery).
- Must have attended high school in Philadelphia or one of its contiguous counties.
- Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the University's financial aid process.
- Must apply for admission and financial aid to be considered.
Application Process
- Complete the University of Pennsylvania's undergraduate admission application.
- Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSS Profile to the University of Pennsylvania's Student Financial Services.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted by the specified deadlines.

- FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
- CSS Profile
- Tax returns and other financial documents as specified by the University's financial aid office.
