Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of a country with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita of US$10,000 or less, as per World Bank data.
- Must have applied for and meet the entry requirements for an Overseas Fee place in a bachelor's degree at the University of Melbourne.
- Must have completed secondary education outside Australia or a foundation program in Australia.
- Should not have previously undertaken tertiary studies, excluding extension studies completed as part of a Year 12 program.
Application Process
- No separate scholarship application is required. Eligible students who have applied for admission to the University of Melbourne will be automatically considered.

- Selection Criteria:

- International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum score of 40.

- US High School Diploma: GPA of 3.9 plus SAT score of 1400 or ACT score of 30.
