Melbourne International Undergraduate Scholarships

Must be a citizen of a country with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita of US$10,000 or less, as per World Bank data.
Must have applied for and meet the entry requirements for an Overseas Fee place in a bachelor's degree at the University of Melbourne.
Must have completed secondary education outside Australia or a foundation program in Australia.
Should not have previously undertaken tertiary studies, excluding extension studies completed as part of a Year 12 program.

No separate scholarship application is required. Eligible students who have applied for admission to the University of Melbourne will be automatically considered.

Funding Coverage:
- 25% fee remission for the duration of the undergraduate course.
Duration of Funding:
- Covers the entire duration of the undergraduate program.

Selection Criteria:
- Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, with specific minimum scores required for various qualifications. For example:
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum score of 40.
- GCE A Levels: Minimum grades of AAA*.
- US High School Diploma: GPA of 3.9 plus SAT score of 1400 or ACT score of 30.
- Selection scores are reviewed annually and may vary.
