Eligibility Criteria

  • Year-long fellowship program involving collaborative research and participation in conferences.
  • Open to graduate students and advanced undergraduate students from accredited institutions in the U.S. and Russia.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated interest in U.S.-Russia relations, international affairs, or related fields; strong academic record; commitment to cross-cultural collaboration.​
