Eligibility Criteria
- Must be applying for a new full-time Master’s or DPhil course at Oxford.
- Candidates must be: Ordinarily resident in India and have a first-class undergraduate degree from an Indian university, OR From a developing country and not currently living or studying outside your home country.
- Must demonstrate financial need and return to your country of origin after completing the course.
- Not eligible if you already hold a degree from outside your home country.
Application Process
- Apply for your course by the relevant January deadline.
- No separate application form is required for the Felix Scholarship.
- If eligible, you will be automatically considered.
- Documents Required:
- Graduate course application form
- Academic transcripts
- References
- Personal statement / research proposal
- CV/resume
- English language proficiency (if applicable)
Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- 100% of University and college fees
- Grant for living expenses (at least £18,622 in 2024–25)
- One return flight from home country to the UK
- Duration of Funding:
- Full duration of your fee liability for the course
- Full duration of your fee liability for the course
