Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.​
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated research potential.​
  • For non-native English speakers: TOEFL or IELTS scores may be required.​
  • GRE scores are not required.

  • Complete the online application via the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate Admissions portal.​
  • Submit all required documents, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statement, and resume/CV.​
  • Ensure all materials are submitted by the application deadline.​
