Eligibility Criteria
- Possess good GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate (IB), polytechnic diploma, and/or university results.
- Intention to apply, have applied, or gained admission into a recognized program in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Early Childhood Education at a local university.
- Demonstrated leadership traits, involvement in community work, and a strong interest/commitment to serve SPD and the social service sector.
Application Process
- Applications are open all year round. Interested applicants should download the application form from the SPD Study Award page and e-mail the completed form along with the requested supporting documents.
- Documents Required:
- Completed application form.
- Academic transcripts and certificates.
- Records of community work or leadership involvement.
- Any other documents specified in the application form.
Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- Tuition and other compulsory university fees.
- A monthly allowance may be granted to successful award recipients pursuing full-time studies.
- Duration of Funding:
- Covers the entire duration of the undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Covers the entire duration of the undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Extra Benefits:
- Internship opportunities at SPD during school breaks.
