Eligibility Criteria
- Strong academic performance in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), Polytechnic Diploma, or NUS High School Diploma.
- Active participation in co-curricular activities (CCA) or community service, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Open to students of all nationalities.
- Applicable only to pre-tertiary students.
