Applicants typically have advanced degrees (e.g., MD, PhD, MBA) or equivalent experience in engineering, medicine, or business.
Demonstrated passion for health technology innovation.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Ability to commit full-time to the 10-month program.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must not be currently enrolled in a degree-granting program during the fellowship year.
International applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Applications are reviewed by alumni and faculty reviewers.
