Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a national of and ordinarily resident in the Russian Federation.
- Must be applying for a first undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford.
- Must have no study or work experience outside Russia (except short-term language courses or internships).
- Must demonstrate an intention to return to Russia after completing studies.
Application Process
- Apply to the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course via UCAS
- Documents Required:
- UCAS undergraduate application
- Hill Foundation Scholarship application form
- Financial declaration
- References (may include one specifically for the scholarship)
- Interview (if shortlisted)
