Applicants must have applied for admission to a postgraduate taught Master's or Master's by Research degree program in the Reid School of Music, commencing in September 2025.
Applicants should have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first-class or 2:1 Honours degree at the undergraduate level.
Both UK and international students are eligible to apply.

Eligible Fields:
- All postgraduate taught Master's and Master's by Research programs offered by the Reid School of Music.

Submit an application for admission to the University of Edinburgh.
After applying, access the online scholarship application form located in EUCLID via MyEd, the university's web-based information portal: MyEd.
Log in using your University User Name and password.

Documents Required:
- A personal statement clearly stating:
- The reason for applying for the scholarship.
- The anticipated benefit of the scholarship to your studies.
- How previous study and/or professional experience have prepared you for the Master's program.
- Thoughts on how you might demonstrate citizenship and community engagement within ECA while on the program.

Funding Coverage:
- The scholarship offers an award of £15,000 for one academic year.
- This amount will be automatically deducted from tuition fees, with any remaining funds allocated towards living costs.
Duration of Funding:
- Funding is provided for one academic year.

- Scholarship recipients are expected to actively engage with the postgraduate community at ECA.
