Eligibility Criteria
- Must be ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.
- Must have permanent residency in Hong Kong.
- Must be applying to a full-time Master's or DPhil course at Oxford.
- DPhil courses with four years of fee liability (e.g., 1+3 and CDT programmes) are not eligible.
Application Process
- Submit your application for graduate study at Oxford by the relevant December or January deadline for your course.
- No separate application is required for the scholarship; eligible applicants will be automatically considered.
- Documents Required:
- Completed graduate course application
- All standard supporting documents required for the chosen course (e.g., academic transcripts, CV, research proposal, references)
Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- 100% of University and college fees
- A grant for living costs (minimum £19,237 for full-time students in 2025–26)
- Duration of Funding:
- Awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course.
