Individual Travel Grant

Must be a full-time bachelor’s or master’s student at Radboud University.
The exchange program must last at least 2 consecutive months.
The program must take place abroad.
Must earn course credits during the exchange.
Must not have previously received an NL or Individual Travel Grant during the current study cycle.
The exchange must be approved by your study program or faculty as relevant to your studies.
Must depart in more than 2 weeks from the application date.

Start your application for a stay abroad through your OSIRIS account.
Once your faculty’s International Office provisionally approves your application, you will receive an email with further instructions for the grant application.
Complete the web form linked in the email.
Within one working day after submitting the web form, you will receive an email containing the Grant Agreement and the Learning Agreement (for internship and study) or the Letter of Approval (for research).
Documents Required:
- Signed Grant Agreement
- Signed Learning Agreement for study or Learning Agreement for Traineeship
- Letter of Approval from your study advisor (for research abroad)

Funding Coverage:
- €200 per month for stays within Europe
- €300 per month for stays outside Europe
Maximum Duration: Up to 4 months
Maximum Total Funding: €1,200
