Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be ordinarily resident in one of the following countries: Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam.
- Candidates should be applying to a range of full-time master's or DPhil courses at Oxford within specific departments:
- Department of Sociology
- Nuffield Department of Medicine
- Medical Sciences Division
- Blavatnik School of Government
- Mathematics Institute
- Applicants must demonstrate exceptional qualities of leadership and fellowship, achievements in non-curricular activities (including sports), community involvement, and other attributes indicating potential to become outstanding citizens with a high commitment to public duties and community involvement.
Application Process
- To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must submit their application for graduate study by the relevant December or January deadline for their chosen course.
- All eligible applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarship; however, successful candidates will be transferred to one of the Foundation’s four link colleges to take up the scholarship.
- Documents Required:
- Standard documents required for graduate admission at the University of Oxford.
- Additional essays or documentation may be required during the scholarship selection process, focusing on career aspirations and leadership experiences.
