University of Toronto Fully Funded PhD and MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering

Applicants must be enrolled as full-time graduate students in the ECE department at the University of Toronto.
Students must maintain good academic standing and demonstrate satisfactory progress in their research and coursework.

Prospective students must apply for admission to the ECE graduate program through the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) application portal.
Upon admission, students are automatically considered for the standard funding package.
No separate application is required for departmental funding.
