Eligibility Criteria

Must be a full-time student at Radboud University during the conference.
The conference must be relevant to your study programme.
The conference must take place abroad or be organized by a foreign institution (for digital conferences).
You must not be receiving any other grant from Radboud University for the same period.
Your study advisor must approve your participation through a signed letter confirming the relevance to your study.

Application Process

Fill in the online application form.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email (within one working day) containing the Grant Agreement and a Letter of Approval.
Documents Required:
- Signed Grant Agreement.
- Signed Letter of Approval from your study advisor or faculty’s International Office.

Scholarship Benefits

Funding Coverage:
- €75 per day for conferences in Europe (maximum 3 days).
- €120 per day for conferences outside Europe (maximum 3 days).
- For digital conferences: up to €75 per day, not exceeding the registration fee and a maximum of 3 days.
Maximum Total Funding: €360.
Duration of Funding: Up to 3 days.
