Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time MSSW program at Columbia School of Social Work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic record.
  • For need-based scholarships, submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Competitive awards may have additional criteria, such as demonstrated leadership potential or specific areas of interest within social work.​

Application Process

  • Complete and submit the FAFSA to determine eligibility for need-based scholarships.
  • For competitive awards, eligible students will be invited to apply via email from the Office of Financial Aid.
  • Submit any additional required documents or essays as specified for individual scholarships or fellowships.​
