Submit an application to an undergraduate program at MIT.
Complete the CSS Profile through the College Board.
Submit any additional required documents as specified by MIT Student Financial Services.
All students who apply for financial aid and complete the CSS Profile are automatically considered for the MIT Scholarship.
If awarded, complete the Student Information Review Form annually.
Provide a thank-you note to the scholarship donor, if requested.
