Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physics or related field.
- Admission to the UIC Physics PhD program.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum overall score of 80.
- IELTS Academic: Minimum overall score of 6.5.
- GRE scores are not required.

Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- Full tuition waiver for the duration of the program.
- Annual stipend of approximately $23,494 for the 9-month academic year (as of AY23-24).
- Partial fee waiver.
- Duration of Funding:
- A minimum of three academic years, with the possibility of continued support through teaching or research assistantships, contingent upon satisfactory academic progress.
