Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong academic record and research interests aligned with East Asian Studies.
- GRE scores are optional.
- Non-native English speakers must provide TOEFL, IELTS, or DET scores.
- Sample of written work, 25 pages maximum.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean; additional language proficiency may be required based on research interests.
Application Process
- Familiarize yourself with the Ph.D. program's structure and faculty research areas.
- Gather transcripts, language proficiency scores, statement of purpose, and writing sample.
- Submit the application through Princeton's Graduate School portal.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee or request a fee waiver if eligible.
