Short Stay Grant – Nijmegen School of Management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a full-time student at the Nijmegen School of Management.
  • The study abroad program must last at least five consecutive days.
  • The program should be credit-bearing, contributing to the student's academic progress.
  • Applicants must not have previously received a Short Stay Grant.
  • Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to departure.​

Application Process

  • Initiate the study abroad application through the Osiris system.
  • Upon approval, an email will be sent with further instructions and a link to the grant application form.
  • Complete and submit the online grant application form.
  • After submission, you will receive the Grant Agreement and Letter of Approval via email.
  • Sign the Grant Agreement and obtain a completed and signed Letter of Approval from your faculty's International Office.
     
  • Documents Required:
    • Signed Grant Agreement.
    • Completed and signed Letter of Approval from the faculty's International Office.​

Scholarship Benefits

  • Funding Coverage:
    • Up to €375 per week for programs within Europe.
    • Up to €500 per week for programs outside Europe.
    • Maximum reimbursement for two weeks.
