Short Stay Grant – Nijmegen School of Management

Must be a full-time student at the Nijmegen School of Management.
The study abroad program must last at least five consecutive days.
The program should be credit-bearing, contributing to the student's academic progress.
Applicants must not have previously received a Short Stay Grant.
Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to departure.

Initiate the study abroad application through the Osiris system.
Upon approval, an email will be sent with further instructions and a link to the grant application form.
Complete and submit the online grant application form.
After submission, you will receive the Grant Agreement and Letter of Approval via email.
Sign the Grant Agreement and obtain a completed and signed Letter of Approval from your faculty's International Office.
Documents Required:
- Signed Grant Agreement.
- Completed and signed Letter of Approval from the faculty's International Office.

Funding Coverage:
- Up to €375 per week for programs within Europe.
- Up to €500 per week for programs outside Europe.
- Maximum reimbursement for two weeks.
