Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport.
- Not eligible for the lower EU/EEA tuition fee for other reasons.
- Have (or will obtain) a Bachelor's degree achieved outside the Netherlands, have no degrees achieved in the Netherlands, and did not receive any previous education in the Netherlands (exchange programmes excluded, provided that they are part of the Bachelor's degree achieved outside the Netherlands).
- Meet the English language proficiency requirement for the Master's programme of choice.
- Have been fully admitted to the English-taught Master's programme starting 1 September 2025 as stated in the formal letter of admission.
- Able to comply with the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands.
- Enrolled at Radboud University as a full-time student for the academic year and Master's programme for which the scholarship will be awarded.
Application Process
- Apply for admission to a Master's programme at Radboud University through the OSIRIS Application system.
- Indicate during your application that you wish to apply for the Radboud Scholarship.
- Upload the required documents for the scholarship application.
- Documents Required:
- Two reference letters
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Proof of English language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts
- Formal letter of admission to the Master's programme
Scholarship Benefits
- Funding Coverage:
- Reduction of tuition fee to €2,601 (from approximately €18,000).
- Coverage of costs for visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance (Aon Student Insurance).
- Note: The scholarship does not cover living expenses.
- Duration of Funding:
- Covers the nominal duration of the Master's programme. For two-year programmes, continuation of the scholarship in the second year requires passing all courses in the first year.
- Covers the nominal duration of the Master's programme. For two-year programmes, continuation of the scholarship in the second year requires passing all courses in the first year.
- Extra Benefits:
- Opportunity to combine with the NL Scholarship (formerly Holland Scholarship).
- However, it cannot be combined with the Radboud Encouragement Scholarship or Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship.
