A six-axis KUKA robot embedded with Impact innovation system was used to achieve a successful deposition of the cold spray coating on different substrates. Various tests were performed to measure the adhesion strength, porosity, hardness, and various other properties of the coatings.

Sathya Sai Sevadal is a voluntary service organization inspired by the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Members of Sevadal engage in activities such as serving in hospitals, organizing free medical camps, assisting in disaster-affected areas, and supporting underprivileged communities. Their motto is "Love All, Serve All", emphasizing service without expectation and with a spirit of compassion and humility.

01 Passed - NCC 'A' Certificate Exam
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces, aimed at instilling discipline, leadership, and patriotism among students. It provides military training, adventure activities, and community service to develop well-rounded individuals. NCC cadets participate in drills, shooting, trekking, disaster relief, and national-level camps, gaining valuable skills in teamwork and leadership. The motto of NCC is "Unity and Discipline", reflecting its mission to shape responsible and dedicated citizens.
02 Rajya Puraskar - The Bharat Scouts and Guides
Rajya Puraskar, also known as the Governor’s Award, is the second-highest award in the Bharat Scouts and Guides movement in India. It is awarded to scouts and guides who have demonstrated exceptional skills, leadership, and service in various activities, including community service, outdoor survival skills, and personal development. Recipients undergo rigorous training and assessments before earning this prestigious honor, which is recognized by the respective state governors. It serves as a stepping stone for the President’s Award, the highest recognition in scouting in India.
03 Basketball Player
Basketball has been a significant part of my life, shaping my skills in teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. During my school years in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVS), I won various tournaments, showcasing my dedication and competitive spirit on the court. Later, competing in the Anna University Zonal Tournaments, where my team secured runner-up positions in consecutive years (2015-16 & 2016-17), further strengthened my game. Basketball has instilled in me the importance of strategy, adaptability, and resilience—qualities that extend beyond sports into my professional and personal life.
04 Instrumental Music Keyboard & Percussion
Music has always been my passion, and playing the keyboard has been my creative outlet. Winning first prizes in solo instrumental music competitions (2010-11 & 2011-12) reflects my commitment and love for music. Additionally, securing first place in Jugalbandhi at the KVS Cluster Level Social Science Exhibition (2008) highlighted my ability to collaborate and innovate in musical performances. Along with the keyboard, I also play a few percussion instruments, which has further deepened my appreciation for rhythm and musical expression. Whether performing solo or in harmony with others, music continues to inspire and energize me.

03 Royal Enfield - Industrial Visit
During my industrial visit to Royal Enfield, I gained valuable insights into the manufacturing and assembly processes of one of India's most iconic motorcycle brands. The visit provided exposure to engine assembly, quality control, and production line operations, enhancing my understanding of automotive engineering and lean manufacturing techniques. Observing industry best practices firsthand reinforced my passion for mechanical design and automotive technology.
