• Operated pilot plant for the production of biogenic formic acid and conducted optimization of the production process. • Protein extraction, protein purification, and quantification using alkaline hydrolysis method, HPLC, SDS PAGE Gel- Electrophoresis, protein assays, and membrane filtration. • Design of Experiment using Design Expert software and protein biofilm development using enzymatic method. • Experience with equipment such as Soxhlet Extractor, Rotary evaporator, Spectrophotometer, GC, FT-IR, and NMR.
