April 2023February 2022(1Y, 2M) | Chemplast Sanmar Limited, India Production Engineer • Placed at Vinyl Chloride Monomer Production Department handling Distillation columns and EDC cracking furnaces • Shift-In-Charge for Incinerator Plant with Boiler unit, Nitrogen Compressor unit, HCl Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant • Responsible for Safe operation of the plant • Planning, Managing Start-Up and Shut-Down activities for Cracking furnace, Distillation column, Incinerator unit and HCl plant • Implementing and Complying 5S in work area • Coordinating Maintenance activities without any safety violation along with the work permit system • Troubleshooting process deviation to improve the overall performance • Reporting Near miss and Unsafe conditions and taking required action to resolve it • Reduction in the consumption of Superior kerosene oil fuel for the incinerator by analysing past data and through implementing process modification • Ensuring the availability of the standby equipment for the effective functioning of the plant by taking necessary maintenance activities • Achieved highest ever production of Vinyl Chloride Monomer for the year 2022-2023, through teamwork, meticulous planning, and execution. | |
