• Reducing the emission of the carbon dioxide using waste effluent from the kraft pulping industries and steel manufacturing industries. • Carbon capture capacity are studied using 3D printed bubble column reactor and characterisation using XRD, FTIR and SEM analysis

Design of Chemical Process plant for the Methyl Ethyl Ketone ProductionChalmers University of Technology
• Designing of process plant for the production of MEK from butanol using Aspen HYSYS. • After Designing with Aspen HYSYS , Aspen energy analyzer was used to design the heat exchanger network for maximum energy recovery and utility management. • With MER network, process optimisation was done using Aspen HYSYS. • After design phase, estimation of the investment cost of the plant was calculated.

The main Objective is to reduce the Ammonia slippage and increase the conversion of the NOx. • Designed the SCR reactor in the workbench. • Simulation is done using Ansys Fluent to increase the NOx for different production capacity.

• Preparation of Multiwall Carbon Nano Tube(MWCNT) reinforced SEBS-PP blends using Twin screw extruder, compression moulding and injection moulding • Evaluating the influence of MWCNT and binder contents on the properties of SEBS-PP-MWCNT Nano composite using FTIR and DSC Analysis • Developed equation model and predict the properties of the composites using response surface methodology.
