Connecting with students and professionals on social media can be time-consuming and challenging. It often involves sorting through countless messages to find someone who is both knowledgeable and willing to help. Seeking advice from strangers in study abroad groups or forums may not always lead to reliable information.

Our platform streamlines this process by proactively connecting with students from top global universities, rigorously evaluating them, and featuring them on our platform. We create incentives for these students to share their experiences and guide you, ensuring you receive the most accurate and helpful advice.

1. Browse Mentors: Explore the list of mentors on gradbees, you can filter them by the university, field of study, or specific areas of expertise to find the right match.
2. Review Profiles: Click on the profiles of potential mentors to learn more about their academic background, professional experience, and areas they can offer guidance.
3. Select a Mentor: Choose a mentor that aligns with your goals and click "Book a Session."
4. Choose a Time Slot: Select an available date and time that works for you.
5. Confirm and Pay: Confirm your booking and complete the payment.
6. Prepare for the Session: Once your session is confirmed, prepare your questions and topics of discussion in advance. Share these in the session details so the mentor can review them beforehand.
7. Attend the Session: Be on time for your session. Engage actively with the mentor, and don't hesitate to ask for any doubts.
8. Follow-up: If you need further guidance, you can book additional sessions with the same mentor or explore other mentors on the platform.

• Valuable Insights: You can expect to gain practical advice and insights based on the mentor's personal experience at their university or in their field of study. This includes answering your inquiries about the university, application tips, career prospects, cultural adjustments, student life, and effectively navigating the admission process.
• Personalized Advice: The mentor will share their knowledge and experiences with you, on academics, studying abroad, or career prospects.

What you shouldn't expect from the session:

• Profile Evaluation: The mentor is not expected to conduct a detailed profile evaluation.
• No SOP or Application Review: The session does not include reviewing or editing your Statement of Purpose (SOP) or any other application documents.
• No Mock Interviews: The mentor is not required to conduct mock interviews.

While these are not mandatory responsibilities for mentors, but you are welcome to ask for guidance in these areas, and mentors are free to assist if they choose.

• Be on Time: Punctuality shows respect for the mentor’s time and ensures you get the full benefit of the session.
• Come Prepared: Think about your goals, concerns, and the questions you want to ask before the session.
• Engage Actively: Participate actively in the discussion. The more engaged you are, the more valuable the session will be.
• Maintain Professionalism: Respect the mentor's privacy. Avoid asking for personal contact details or services beyond the session's scope.
• Follow Up if Needed: If you have further questions, feel free to book another session. Mentors may also provide additional resources or suggestions for your next steps.

This approach ensures you get the most out of your mentoring session.

A paid session is limited to 60 minutes.

We prioritize transparency and simplicity. Currently, we offer a pay-as-you-go model for connecting with mentors, where each session is priced at ₹2000 + GST. There are no packages or hidden fees.

To be completely transparent, 80% of the session fee goes directly to the international students supporting them, while the remaining 20% covers the platform's operational costs, helping us maintain and improve our services and support the onboarding of more students.

If you're not satisfied with your mentorship session or experience any issues, we're here to help. Our platform is built to directly benefit students.

If you're unhappy with a session, we offer a full refund — no questions asked. Alternatively, you can rebook a session or choose a different mentor. Simply reach out to us through our contact page, and we'll be happy to assist you at any time.

2. Targeted University Selection: Using our research, we carefully filter out and select universities known for excellence in specific subjects. These institutions are chosen based on their academic reputation, faculty expertise, research opportunities, and alumni success.
3. Proactive Mentor Outreach: Once the universities are selected, we actively reach out to current students from these institutions through social media platforms and professional networks. We look for students who not only have strong academic and professional backgrounds but also a genuine willingness to mentor others.
4. Rigorous Evaluation: Potential mentors undergo a thorough evaluation process. We assess their academic achievements, professional experiences, communication skills, and eagerness to share insights. Only those who meet our high standards are considered for onboarding.
5. Onboarding and Training: After selection, mentors are onboarded onto our platform. They receive guidance on how to effectively share their knowledge and experiences with aspiring students.
6. Continuous Quality Assurance: Our commitment doesn’t end at onboarding. We regularly gather feedback from students and monitor sessions to maintain the highest standards of support and guidance.
